The fastest way to solve a problem can usually be found in the EverKey Support Knowledgebase.  It contains the most common Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) as well as a searchable version of the complete EverKey User Guide.

If the Knowledgebase doesn't help, you can submit a Support Ticket.  Please provide as much information as possible.  The more information we have about the problem, the faster we can solve it.
